What Would Cause A Seizure In An 82 Year Old

what would cause a seizure in an 82 year old , that has trumor of the brain, he hung from a tree upside down for 6 hrs and the blood rush to his head causing ssome of his seizures. but now he is in the hospital and the kidneys are not producing and he mayhave what they call sepsis. this happen to him all of 15 years ago.
