What Would Cause My Lower Stomache To Cramp A Lot?

what would cause my lower stomache to cramp a lot? Also it kinda hurts a little when I have sex in my vagina. And also my back hurts alone with it and has numbness and tingles. I looked up bladder infection and Interstitial cystitis..some symptoms match and also I'm running chills but no fever.
