whats the best treatment for sinusitis, mine started 4years ago when i exposed myself to cold by laying on the tiles, though i feel blockage once in along while and sometime slight bleeding from my nose but my doctor introduced me to ellergy medicine which since i started taking it i never bleed again but is there anything else i can do to heal it completely
