When I Get Up In The Morning, My Eyes And

when I get up in the morning, my eyes and face get swollen. what may be the reason behind it?I have visited eye doctor many times, but doctor told me that I have no eye problem.My eyes also.look like twinkling and sometimes have pain in my eye.my eye also looks like. watery.and towards the back of my ear it looks red and sometimes I have ear pain.my both ear look different,does not look normal. my nose also get swollen,my face also.
