When I Had Some Wet Dreams I Felt That Something

when I had some wet dreams I felt that something was coming out but there was no fluid coming out visibly. Sometimes I feel that I am having an orgasm but the problem is no fluid comes out. I feel the pleasure but it is dry actually. What's the problem there?
