when I rise in the A/M and some times when I turn my head sharply (looking both ways to cross the road) I walk daily (about 1 mile) I'm 88 years old. 139lbs. I am still driving short distances only and cook (?) limited amounts as I am following a more naturopathic way of eating. My alcohol is limited to two oz per day. I 've always been athletic but walking appears to be my only excersize apart from stretching first thing in the a/m. Looking forward to any suggestion ............Stan Pursey
