When I Went To The Eye Doctor For A Routine

when I went to the eye doctor for a routine check up I was told that my eye pressure was unusually high.
30-32. I have been using an inversion table until 3 days ago hoping that my eye pressure will go back down by tomorrow when I have a follow-up with my eye doctor. wishful thinking?
