When Bending Forward I Get Severe Shortness Of Breath And

when bending forward i get severe shortness of breath and severe weakness. Any slightly strenuous activity causes the same conditions. I had Valley Fever in May 2013. It affected my heart and lung. My heart was constantly in flutter and I had several ablations and a pace. I lost 40 lbs and my physical well being continues to worsen. I have no active life. I am unable to walk just short distant and working out is very limited.
