When I Breath I Get Crackly Sound In My Chest

when i breath i get crackly sound in my chest and then cough sometimes i don't need 2 cough i just have to breath out deeply and it goes away but i can taste ammonia with the flem (sorry i don't know how to spell it) i have recently had liver pain which they don't know why i have had clots in my lungs about 5 in the last 15 years the most recent 1 was about 12 years ago which i don't believe that is the reason i also have ulcerated colitis thanks for your time i also have no gall bladder how much will this cost as i am only on a sickness benefit
