When I Wake Up In The Morning There Is And

when i wake up in the morning there is and awful taste in my mouth and i need to spit, my spit is red which means theres blood in my mouth? this has been happening for quite a while now and also the roof of my mouth is a bright orange colour and i get frequent sore throats. Please help.
