When I Was Younger I Was Circumsized. As A Result,

when i was younger i was circumsized. as a result, small calluses appeared on my penis. As a child i didnt notice. but recently the calluses have started to spread to all around my penis. i told to my doctor and he said that the calluses have stopped spreading, but the calluses i already have will remain permanently as they are scars. is there nothing that can be done about them?
