When Installing A Floor Upstairs In A New Garage Two

when installing a floor upstairs in a new garage two years ago my upper right thigh became sore. I had carried single boards upstairs for several days. Took a few days off and was able to finish. Bad habit to always lead with the same leg. Made it sore again two months ago on a stationary bike.
