Whenever There Is Change In The Climate, I Get Chest

whenever there is change in the climate, I get chest congestion coupled with cold and cough and when I use Ashthelin inhaler, I get relief. but it takes long time to cure. sometimes I have to take antibiotics like Azithromycin also to cure this. The same problem has recurred and I have taken one tablet of MONTEK LC at the bedtime and I find that it is effective to some extent and that the chest congestion seem to be better and my coughing intensity is also less. Therefore I want to know whether I can take MONTEK LC for couple of days with my inhaler . Will it also have some side effects. I am 60 years old Male with good health otherwise.
