While Driving Today , I Had Small Blurry Image In

while driving today , I had small blurry image in the center of my vision , this appear to move with the movement of my eye , this lasted about a minute or so, then my periphial vision became blurry , seemlingly on the clear vision was when looking straight ahead. I did not feel pain. I removed my glasses , and the condition was still there primarily on my left side, being that my left view mirror was blurry. This last a minute or so and my vision cleared and return to normal. I'm wondering what was happening?
