While I Clean My Tongue On Brushing, Sometimes Very Small

while i clean my tongue on brushing, sometimes very small amount of blood is seen on spitting, i am sure it is not from the tongue but i guess from the throat. i do not have any problem in swallowing or anything else .. please suggest. should in see an ENT or is it just a blood rash inside the throat
