Whilst Hospitalised For Cellulitis 2 Weeks Ago, A Nurse Twice

whilst hospitalised for cellulitis 2 weeks ago, a nurse twice injected clindamycin directly into the vein on my left hand as opposed to infusing it via IV. I now find that my hand is extremely painful and in the morning my fingers are quite stiff and swollen. The veins on my hand are actually sore to the touch and I sometimes battle to bend my wrist as before. Could the symptoms I am now suffering be related to the way the nurse administered the clindamycin?
