Why Is It So Hard To Get In To See

why is it so hard to get in to see a psychiatrist? i have been through 8 doctors and they are not taking new patients or wrong insurance or filling out applications? for someone who need medical adjustments with her med's i find this very disturbing!! Seems Austin would be a state with plenty to go around.Wisconsin was never like this!
