Why Is There So Much Confusion About Whether Certain Foods
why is there so much confusion about whether certain foods are alkalizing or acidifying. Obviously, people consuming them are only concerned with the end result, so whether the food in its natural state is acidic or not should not be mixed up in the information given to us, only its affect in the digestion process. So why does one place say that dates are alkalizing and can even lower the acidic response of other foods, while an other place says they are acidifying? Can I get some clarity?
