Why Would You Have Such A Fake Model Advertise For

why would you have such a fake model advertise for your answer to a skin disease?
she might have it, but it is hard to watch her strut her stuff. I am happy for her, if it works for her, but
I am afraid I really don't think she is a very good model and a positive advertisement for it.
