Wife Has Several Red Itchy Bumps On Her Body She

wife has several red itchy bumps on her body she was told that they are bug bites ,but if it is how come I haven't got any bites and she hasn't gone anywhere that I haven't .Another doctor said it was caused by hair follicles.I just want to sooth her misery what do you think.
