wife is having dizziness and vomiting with no fever. it has lasted two days. SHE IS NOT COMPLAINING OF ANY FLU LIKE SYMTOMS. in the morning she is nauseated and has vomited the last two mornings. Later in the day her system settles down but she remains lightheaded and dizzy. and has equilibrium problems to the point where she caan't walk without a walker for assistance. She has never needed a walker prior to this
