Wife W/chronic Pain From Cervical Vertebrae 5 Fusion W/ Continued

wife w/chronic pain from cervical vertebrae 5 fusion w/ continued deterioration of disc and bone health above and below previous fusion. New med added by pain management last week after itrathecal inj. and current meds as follow:
Topamax, lyrica (max dose), fioricet w/codeine, oxycodone, nyquil cold tabs last night for cold s/s,flexeril, ativan, fluoxetine, prilosec and some otc,s as well, Apap h/a migraine,regular apap.
Has effected affect, sleepy, increased pain associated as well
