Within The Last 3-4 Months, I Occasionally Experience Tingling In

within the last 3-4 months, I occasionally experience tingling in the fingers of my left hand lasting most of the day or 2. And has in creased as of late. Seems to be evolving, started in the tips of 1 or 2 fingers, now all 4 fingers and thumb and some of the hand today up to the wrist... any simple diagnosis? Going to Try to call my Doc tomorrow...
