Woke Up About A Week Ago With My Right New

woke up about a week ago with my right new kind of sore. wasn't too bad for a couple days but it's been getting worse every day. Hurts most in the evening after using it all day.
Mostly above my knee is swelling. Doesn't hurt too much to touch it, but bending my knee or applying any sideways force hurts.
