she had tooth extraction 05.04 and after was given clindamycin
a week ago her 5yr old child who attends kindergarten had diarrhea and vomiting,
12.04 woman has dentist appointment because she had high temperature , swollen cheek, submandibular lymphadenopathy and had diarrhea 4x/day.

what is cause of diarrhea and what would management be of the case.
