Wondered If Anyone Can Tell Me What To Do. I

wondered if anyone can tell me what to do. I had some pain after sex (orgasm) in my lower abdomen and thighs..was down with fever for a day and has regular mensuration for 1 day and on the 2nd day mensuration was very little.i took ipill within 48 hrs..I am 12 weeks post open myo....is this just because it is to soon or because something is wrong?
