Woo How Wonderful Anyway Was Hiking And Felt An Irritation

woo how wonderful anyway was hiking and felt an irritation - pretty much ignored it. Hiked 2 days later and wore the same pants ...I know dumb...!! anyway now I have an irritation and it feels lumpy! I've kept ointment on it and have taken anti biotic for 3 days!!

question not sure if I should keep it dry or keep ointment on it??? I am too old and in perfect health for this silliness !!
