Would A Spider Bite Cause The Skin On My Right

would a spider bite cause the skin on my right thigh to become very irritable to touch or to wear jeans, and have kind of a burning sensation, and sometimes the feeling of being stuck with needles? and the area around the bites is numb feeling. I have a lot of discomfort wearing jeans and walking. and have trouble sleeping due to the skin being so irritable. it has been suggested I may have a blood clot in my upper thigh but I don't have any symptoms for blood clots that I have seen listed on different web sites. no soreness other than the dang irritable skin, no swelling or pain or redness. help? thanks.
