Would Like To Know I Been Having A Dry Cough

would like to know I been having a dry cough when I get up in the morning and when I cough I have a severe sharp pain in my back when I cough. it's a muscle tightness and the harder I cough it feels like someone is stabbing me and hitting me with a bat. I can't cough hard cause it hurts so much.
