would you recommend Melatonin for sleep problems when flying to a time zone 16 hrs different from ours.
the patient takes pradaxa and atenolol...when & how would you dose it? Or maybe recommend AMBIEN?

Melatonin interacts with Pradaxa (monitor closely recommended)
Melatonin has a minor interaction with atenolol.......This patient is going to INDIA and will be far away from medical care.....They want to reset their clock.....??
