wow some of these answers are concerning eye twitching also presents as Anxiety? Stress? Really, no proven data. Never seen this with eye twitching. Blocked tear duct yes. Cranial nerve 5 and 7 encroachment yes. There are more mechanisms than just psychological and for that many physicians miss the root cause.
