Y Husband Has Not Been Able To Void For 2

y husband has not been able to void for 2 years now without using a catheter which he does three times a day. He just visited his urologist last week who said he didn't want to see him again and then he had his regular urine test and it had blood in it. I am worried as he has lost quite a bit of weight although he says he feels well. What should we do?
