YEs. We Have A 42-year-old Son Who Is Struggling With

yEs. We have a 42-year-old son who is struggling with depression. He is sad and has outbursts of uncontrollable crying. He says "I want an escape from this shithole of a worthless useless joyless state of existence." We are terrified for him and us. He has had one appt with a counselor. He is reluctant to take medication as he feels it does more damage. Thank you for your help
