Yea Dr. I Am 66 Yo Male And Over The

yea dr. I am 66 yo male and over the years I've had skin problems, now particularly on the head. These problems take the form of skin lessions. My doctor 1 month ago cut some off my temple, they (2) proved benign but I've got a new spot on the back of my neck and a bump on my forehead that won't go away. These lessions don't go away by themselves. I was wondering if there is a topical remedy?
