Years Ago I Was Struck By A Meatal Bar On

years ago i was struck by a meatal bar on my right eyebrow area which left a scar and no hair grew back...there is a dent in it ..to touch it goes in 1 cm...i also got knocked down at 5 and only now realised id a.d.d...i cant smell right and get confused...do u think ive damaged my brain?
