Yeas Sorry! I Really Cannot Remember. Woke Up Around 10

yeas sorry! I really cannot remember. Woke up around 10 am this morning did a bunch of staff and eat my lunch at 11:30. Just took my blood pressure med and I feel weird with a little chest pain, little headache and stomach kind of bloating (I am also dealing with acid reflux for the past 3 years) but can't remember if I took it twice or once this morning.
