yes Hi I would like to know what's the best dose reduction for keppra . my daughter is taking now 750 Daley her doc told me to go down every 2 weeks with 125. is it more safe to go down slower then that like what is the usual on such a case i was thinking maybe she should go down 75 every 2 weeks she had only one episode about 1 1/2 year ago
