Yes I Am A 45 Yr Old Woman With Thyroid

yes I am a 45 yr old woman with thyroid issues along with others but three months ago or so I developed what I thought was a urinary or kidney infection where I had the sensation to go all the time and had cloudy urine with a strong smell almost like an old persons bedpan that has set over night is only way I can describe the smell of my urine. I tried some azo pills and drank lots of crandberry and water to flush out my bladder and kidney but it has not gone away. I do not have the sensation of having to go to bathroom all the time or the feeling that something is pressin on my bladder but I still have the cloudy cloudy urine and the smell is still the same what do you suggest I try to do about this I do not have insurance and cant afford a drs visit besides our clinic closed and we have no drs in the town I live in.
