Yes, I Am A 53 Yr Old Man With Extreme

yes, I am a 53 yr old man with extreme pain climbing up both sides of my neck and causing a migrane type of head ache along with a dizzy feeling following extreme nausea feeling. This has occurred approximately 4-5 times so far! I think this may be some condition in relation to my being diagnosed with a mild stroke, better known as a TIA. I received this diagnoses in December 2007, approximately 14 years earlier, I had a servere concussion at the lower left side of my skull, without a skull fracture present. I explained this to my Primary Care Physician using these exact details, however he said that he wasn't sure what this was and said that and when the condition reoccurs to let him know, and he could then refer me to a nuirologist! I am very concerned of this being a sign of a major stroke possibly happening in the future! Please someone give me some clues, or better yet someone with a thorough diagnoses, along with the very best prognoses, okay? My name is Sherwood Glenn II.
