Yes I Have Been Waking Up Since Last Winter,can Never

yes I have been waking up since last winter,can never put my finger on the night it will happen with my elbows or my heels feeling like I have been bit by a bug or something,no bedbugs or anything like that though,house is spotless and then the rest of the day I am sooo tired I woke up this a.m with a really painfull red spot on my heel.
