Yes.. I'm Female, 56 Yrs Old - I Experienced Something

yes.. I'm female, 56 yrs old - I experienced something odd... I'm here at work.. at my desk.. in front of a computer.. as I am every day Mon. thru Fri.- but just about 10 to 15 min ago.. I had a strange phenomenon.. both my arm at the same time - felt tingling and moved upward towards my shoulders.. and then down my chest toward my heart.. and my chest / heart was feeling a slight heaviness with some pressure with the tingling going on.. and it lasted only about 20 sec. or so.. it scared me.. I'm sitting all this time.. and I thought to put my head between my knees.. and breath slowly.. and shortly it dissipated.. my arms and hands feel a bit limp.. but not so much... as after all I'm typing this to you. I just wanted to know what it is I am or could be experiencing.. if any of what I described.. makes any sence.. thanks for your time...
