Yes I've All A Sudden Been Getting Purple Dots Bruises

yes I've all a sudden been getting purple dots bruises on my leg and the top of butt crack without hitting it plus I'm kinds freaking out cause out of no where I got a bump on my forehead that looks like a bone I'm waiting for an cray I just don't know if I should be really worried about the bruises?
