Yes Hello I Am Having A Left Knee Replacement In

yes hello i am having a left knee replacement in 2 weeks and my pain stays between7 to even 10 and i think i need to be on a narcotic pain med as I have tried mostly all non-narcotic meds and my pain gets me to the point as though I feel the need to vomit, my pcp says to have surgeon prescribe a narcotic pain med ,As he will not ,,i go in to see the ortho-surgeon tommorow what do i do or say if he to will not ,,this pain has me unable to do anything and also I have been so very depressed over the knee the PAIN and YES even doctors ,Can you please help me out Itruely would be so very GRATEFUL ,,Linda V age 54
