Yes My Daughter Age 21 Now Has Been Periodically Having

yes my daughter age 21 now has been periodically having problems with her stomach. First they ruled out chrohns disease then we did the gallbladder test we did a upper and lower GI and colonoscopy which I didn't like because at the timeshe was 18 and 1 in 10,000 people get a perforation. her bilirubin direct would be 2.0 or so. Presented symptoms of hyper emesis throwing up to 30 times until bile came up and being in pain aand
passing out. has been hospitalized a few times a year . The GI doctor said she has IBS and GERD. Has had her appendix surgery via laparoscopy at age 13. also has polycyctic ovarian disease where little cycts have ruptured and caused a hospital stay and gets nauseaus once a month as well and has a half sister who has had ovarian cancer at age 19 . we also did the test CA-125. I do tell her to change her diet no greasy food and for a time because of pain in the middle of her stomach and pain on the left side thinking it could be gall bladder disease with the start of pancreatitis. She could take a few bites of food and become nauseous. Has been prescribed effervecent zofram and bentyl 10mg anti spasmodic. any suggestions?
