Yes My Dog Cut The Botton Pad Of Her Foot

yes my dog cut the botton pad of her foot and i cant stop the bleeding i put a gauze and wrapped it up shes not really bitting at it but she wont stay off it its been about three hours and the blood is starting to seep through it what should i do i cant afford to take her to the vet
