Yes My Husband Is Type I Diabetic, Takes 4 Shots

yes my husband is type i diabetic, takes 4 shots aday, supposingly, has quit taking his insulin, has sores on feet, one which is infectedI'm sure, no energy, not eating, falling down , can't hardly walk,his urine is nothing but syrup, so sticky. what should he do? I say go to the hospital he won't.
