Yes Tonight A Friend Of Ours Was Complaining Of Cramping

yes tonight a friend of ours was complaining of cramping from his arm pits threw out his body for about 2 hrs. then all of the sudden he stood up hugged us and fell over passed out soaking wet. I'm thinking maybe heart attack, he refused to go to the er. states he's sleepy and just wants to go to sleep, very worried
