Yesterday After A Few Days Of Not Eating And Weeks

yesterday after a few days of not eating and weeks of eating scantily, I felt faint in a restaurant last evening. I went to sit down and as I was speaking I could feel my words slowing and my countenance fall. I remember peeing on myself and in my shock I said I peed and the next thing I remember was someone picking me up off of the floor. I was laying face and arms down in my own urine. Never fainted before.
