Yesterday From Mid Afternoon Through Morning I Had This Upper

yesterday from mid afternoon through morning i had this upper abdominal bloating pressure that was painful like being 9months pregnant. i was pressure in the top as if extreme gas or constipation. i could not lay, sit, stand in comfort. finally 12 hours later i took 3 advil and a heating pad and fell asleep the pressure was coming in waves then like cramps only not where cramps typically happen. it was up under my breast top of my stomach. next day it had subsided and i was exausted sleeping off and on. today it is hard to take deep breaths it feels like some one sqweezed me so hard my ribs hurt. it hurts to wear my bra. i have afib and a pace maker just in case that matters.
