Yesterday I Had Blood Work Done My HDL Was Over

yesterday i had blood work done my HDL was over 100. Iam 60 years old eat right and exercise almost everyday now I read that HDL over 100 can be bad the others numbers were cholesterol 163 , tricycerides 61 they did not do the LDL she said she did place or do the lDL was my HDL was so good. Is that HDL good or bad
